AI Strategist

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on AI strategy, including opportunity assessment and roadmap development
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to evaluate AI readiness across people, process, and technology
• Advise senior stakeholders on trade-offs, risks, and investment decisions related to AI adoption
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases and Agentic workflow opportunities through business process mapping
• Develop AI business cases, including ROI modeling and value realization frameworks
• Design AI operating models and governance frameworks, including responsible AI and risk management
• Evaluate AI tools, platforms, and vendors such as LLMs, Snowflake, and Databricks
• Support business development through proposal scoping and thought leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s in Business or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, advisory, or client-facing strategy roles
• Experience leading AI, Analytics, or digital transformation projects
• Demonstrated experience with modern AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for analysis and prototyping
• Experience evaluating AI capabilities within enterprise platforms like Snowflake or Databricks
• Functional understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong experience in business case development and value quantification
• Experience conducting business process mapping
• Strong understanding of GenAI capabilities and enterprise implications
• Experience designing or advising on AI governance and risk frameworks
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Familiarity with RPA and MLOps practices
• Experience with agentic AI concepts and workflow automation
• Hands-on experimentation with prompt design and tool use
• Certifications such as CDMP, PMI-ACP, or AI Governance/Responsible AI
