About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end setup of new operational systems including ticketing, telephony, and CRM environments
- Architect and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and custom LLM agents
- Develop and maintain production-grade Python scripts to automate data flows and operational tasks
- Act as lead engineer for core CX tools ensuring seamless integration via APIs and webhooks
- Extract and analyze system logs to provide empirical proof of ROI and system reliability
- Maintain and troubleshoot the CRM and ticketing ecosystem, primarily within Zendesk
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python for automation, data processing, and API development
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex and vector databases
- Experience setting up enterprise-level SaaS environments from scratch
- Knowledge of integrating SaaS platforms and communication tools via REST APIs
- Experience building and testing complex, logic-based prompt chains
- Ability to use data to measure system performance such as hallucination rates and latency
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk is preferred
