AI Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales exercises and deliver AI solution demonstrations to clients
• Design AI solutions from conception to delivery, including model selection and RAG architectures
• Manage technical risks related to model reliability, data quality, and security
• Lead prompt engineering efforts, including system prompts and multi-turn agent workflows
• Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Evaluate and benchmark AI solutions against quality metrics like retrieval accuracy and latency
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to ensure compliance with PCI DSS and SOC 2
• Contribute to the company AI roadmap and provide subject matter expertise

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, solution architecture, or technical design
• Demonstrated experience deploying LLM-powered applications in production environments
• Deep understanding of RAG architecture, including vector databases (OpenSearch, ChromaDB, Pinecone)
• Proven capability in prompt engineering and multi-turn agent workflow design
• Strong knowledge of foundational model ecosystems (AWS Bedrock, Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini)
• Experience working with APIs and AWS cloud infrastructure
• Excellent English communication skills for technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, agile environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Coding proficiency in Python for prototyping and debugging AI solutions
• Experience with FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, and Redis
• Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks and automated metrics
• Knowledge of payment processing concepts and regulated industry requirements (GDPR, PCI DSS)
• Experience with AWS services such as ECS, ElastiCache, and CloudWatch
• Understanding of Java-based application architectures
