AI Specialist Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions to support business processes and product innovation.
• Lead the full AI model lifecycle, including data collection, model training, validation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Develop internal frameworks, guidelines, and best practices to ensure the responsible and effective use of AI technologies.
• Communicate AI model results and technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Implement data governance, lineage, and AI traceability systems such as feature stores and model registries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Software Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Weights & Biases.
• Strong knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP for AI/ML workloads.
• Experience with version control for both code and datasets (Git, DVC).

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of responsible AI, model explainability (XAI), and fairness frameworks.
• Experience with data engineering tools like Apache Spark, SQL, Pandas, or dbt.
• Understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and enterprise system integration.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing for model evaluation.
