About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and refine conversational AI instances, including prompt tuning and output quality control
- Serve as the internal expert for AI tools, providing first-line troubleshooting and creating user documentation
- Maintain Salesforce Admissions CRM, acting as a SuperUser for front-end testing and system enhancements
- Perform data hygiene audits on lead records to ensure institutional accuracy
- Build and customize Salesforce reports and dashboards for recruitment and management teams
- Act as a bridge between Enrollment Management and the IT division to define needs and escalate technical tickets
- Support the broader Enrollment Operations team on special projects and seasonal admissions cycles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience navigating and configuring CRM environments (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience working with Generative AI interfaces
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and administer new software applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with higher education workflows, specifically university admissions and recruitment pipelines
