About the Company

Bunzl Distribution Danmark A/S has 80 employees and is a total supplier of packaging and consumables, personal protective equipment, shop equipment, machines, and technical service to the Danish grocery trade, food-producing companies, as well as industry and crafts.

Responsibilities

• Identify manual, repetitive, and knowledge-intensive tasks
• Improve customer experience and workflows using Copilot, chatbots, AI agents, and automation
• Train teams in the practical use of AI in their daily work
• Develop simple guidelines, prompts, and best practices
• Ensure and support strategic direction and governance within AI
• Act as a bridge between business operations and IT

Requirements

• Practical experience with Generative AI (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI agents)
• Solid understanding of business processes
• Experience driving change, adoption, and user training
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in both Danish and English (written and spoken)

• Strong ability to work across departments and manage various stakeholders
