AI Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions tailored to strategic and operational needs
• Identify and propose improvements to existing systems using AI
• Ensure model robustness and scalability through rigorous testing and validation
• Conduct studies on algorithmic bias and propose innovative reduction solutions
• Perform technological monitoring to anticipate AI trends
• Document processes and support internal teams in adopting developed solutions

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, AI, or software development
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI, including development and production deployment
• Expertise in Python (C or Java is a plus)
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with data management and processing tools (SQL, pandas, Spark)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Strong knowledge of applied mathematics (statistics, linear algebra)
• Ability to implement MLOps pipelines
