Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions tailored to strategic and operational needs
- Identify and propose improvements to existing systems using AI
- Ensure model robustness and scalability through rigorous testing and validation
- Conduct studies on algorithmic bias and propose innovative reduction solutions
- Perform technological monitoring to anticipate AI trends
- Document processes and support internal teams in adopting developed solutions
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, AI, or software development
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI, including development and production deployment
- Proven success in optimizing and deploying large-scale AI solutions
- Expertise in Python (mandatory); C or Java is a plus
- Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Experience with SQL, pandas, and Spark
- Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Strong knowledge of applied mathematics (statistics, linear algebra)
- Ability to implement MLOps pipelines
