Responsibilities
- Build and deepen relationships with AI/ML users to foster adoption and drive expanded usage
- Conduct discovery to understand customer goals and propose tailored solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer needs and advise on best practices
- Run workshops, training sessions, and QBRs to demonstrate account value
- Proactively monitor product usage to gauge account health
- Work with Account Management to identify upsell opportunities and align on health strategies
- Relay customer feature requests to internal product teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS
- Self-starter mindset with ability to thrive in limited process environments
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills for articulating observations and fostering collaboration
- Proven ability to demo technical products and translate value into solutions
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or GenAI technologies
