Responsibilities
- Build and deepen relationships with AI/ML practitioners and executives to foster adoption and drive expanded usage
- Conduct customer discovery to understand goals and propose tailored solutions
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Application Engineering to address complex technical needs
- Run workshops, training sessions, and business reviews to demonstrate account value
- Own the full expansion and renewal sales cycle for SMB and Mid-Market accounts
- Maintain rigorous hygiene in CRM and internal tooling
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS
- Proven track record of driving expansion and upsell revenue
- Ability to demo technical products and translate value into solutions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-starter mindset capable of thriving in limited process environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AI/ML or data infrastructure software to VP and C-suite stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or GenAI technologies
