AI Solutions Expert—Agent Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop Agentic AI solutions and multi-agent frameworks to automate workflows for the Commercial Organization
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient AI or data systems using cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to align AI priorities with business outcomes
• Participate in the development of automation workflows and APIs that integrate with existing business tools
• Oversee documentation, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization within agile environments
• Ensure system monitoring, observability, and proactive issue resolution while optimizing performance and cost efficiency
• Partner with UI/UX and Change Management teams to translate business needs into deployable AI solutions
• Promote a culture of responsible AI, ethics, and compliance across the enterprise

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks (e.g., Langchain)
• Proficiency with Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone), embedding models, and RAG architecture
• Strong understanding of LLM principles
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience working in pharmaceutical or healthcare technology environments
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as GxP, HIPAA, and data privacy regulations
• Demonstrated success in deploying AI or ML solutions in production environments
