AI Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, copilots, automations, and agentic systems
• Rapidly prototype and ship internal and customer-facing AI solutions
• Work with stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and automate workflows
• Use modern AI tooling to accelerate development velocity and feature delivery
• Configure and orchestrate LLM-driven systems using APIs, agents, MCPs, and databases
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, customer success, and engineering teams

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in software development, automation, or technical operations
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages
• Familiarity with AI development tools and modern LLM ecosystems
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on exposure to tools such as Claude, MCP, AWS, and AI copilots
• Strong builder mentality with the ability to move quickly through ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building agentic workflows or complex automations
• Experience deploying customer-facing AI solutions
• Familiarity with vector databases, RAG systems, or orchestration frameworks
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
