AI Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy LLM-powered solutions for translation, linguistic QA, and workflow orchestration
• Develop frameworks to enhance LLM output through RAG or agentic pipelines using linguistic assets
• Integrate LLM solutions into existing translation management systems and enterprise tools via APIs
• Innovate by experimenting with and prototyping targeted AI solutions and agentic frameworks
• Implement prompt engineering, versioning, and both qualitative and quantitative evaluation procedures
• Develop and maintain datasets for LLM quality validation and create tools for data analysis
• Create technical design and deployment documentation for all solutions

Requirements

• 7+ years of design and development experience, ideally including ML or applied AI
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern ML/AI frameworks
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini
• Experience building and deploying agentic systems using LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent
• Expertise in RAG architectures and vector databases
• Proficiency with SQL, PostgreSQL, or other database technologies
• Experience with API design, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (Azure or AWS)
• Formal qualification in a technology discipline or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a translation technologies organization
• Hands-on experience with AI-embedded development tools like Cursor
• Knowledge of AI safety and bias detection
