About the role
Responsibilities
- Work directly with consulting teams to identify repeatable challenges and inefficiencies
- Design and build AI-enabled workflows, automations, dashboards, and micro-applications
- Develop reusable assets such as prompts, templates, and accelerators for global deployment
- Leverage LLMs and AI coding tools to rapidly prototype and iterate solutions
- Translate business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions
- Support adoption through demos, coaching, and hands-on enablement
- Ensure all solutions align with data governance and responsible AI principles
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience building digital, automation, or AI-enabled solutions
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with low/no-code tools such as Power Platform, n8n, or Streamlit
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or Claude
- Proven experience with APIs, integrations, and workflow orchestration
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into working technical solutions
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery environments
- Exposure to sustainability, ESG, EHS, or operational reporting workflows
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or other LLM orchestration frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
- Understanding of responsible AI, governance, and data protection principles
