AI Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations teams to identify pain points and design AI-powered solutions
• Design and develop scalable backend services and AI orchestration workflows using LLMs and APIs
• Build internal operational tools and dashboards for real-time visibility
• Develop secure integrations between legacy PHP systems and modern TypeScript architectures
• Monitor solution performance, API usage, and model latency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy high-impact solutions

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Full Stack Development, or Solution Architecture
• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js
• Ability to work with object-oriented PHP and legacy architectures
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, function calling, RAG, or vector databases
• Solid knowledge of SQL, API design, and cloud-native architectures
• Experience building internal products or automation tools
• Experience working in Agile environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, payments, or highly regulated environments (PCI-DSS, LGPD, GDPR)
• Familiarity with Retool, Superblocks, Streamlit, Airflow, n8n, or Make
• Experience with Docker, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Knowledge of observability, telemetry, and AI cost optimization
