AI Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and iterate on system prompts for voice agents across industries like D2C, fintech, healthcare, and logistics
• Listen to real call recordings to identify failures and implement fixes
• Build conversation flows and call pathways for new customer deployments
• Help onboard new customers by understanding use cases and setting up agents
• Red-team agents to find edge cases and ensure they are bulletproof
• Work with vernacular inputs, testing agents in Hindi, Hinglish, and regional languages
• Feed customer insights back to the product and engineering teams

Requirements

• Extensive experience prompting LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to build or solve problems
• Obsessive attention to language nuance and natural conversation flow
• Ability to build complex conversation flows and call pathways
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and making decisions without a full playbook
• Ability to think from both the customer and end-user perspectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience tinkering with voice AI tools like Vapi or ElevenLabs
• Ability to "vibe-code" small automations, chatbots, or no-code workflows
• Familiarity with LLM mechanics such as context windows, temperature, and hallucinations
• Experience in customer-facing roles (sales, support, or freelance)
• Proficiency in Hindi or other Indian regional languages
