Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and use case portfolio across customer accounts
• Drive adoption and value realization post-launch to move customers from pilot to impact
• Coordinate and develop junior teammates to deliver at a high and consistent standard
• Manage delivery margin by building efficient operating models on every account

Requirements

• 4-8+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical delivery, or customer success management
• Proven track record of architecting and managing complex enterprise implementations end to end
• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams and developing individual contributors
• Strong analytical mindset for tracking delivery margin, adoption curves, and value realization metrics
• Demonstrated ability to create scalable playbooks
• Excellent communication skills to serve as the primary delivery authority

• Experience in AI/ML, SaaS, or industrial technology delivery environments
