AI Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end pipelines for Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Agentic workflows
• Recommend reference architectures for AI solutions across the enterprise
• Conduct rapid prototyping, POCs, and MVPs to validate technical assumptions
• Optimize architectures for latency, cost-efficiency, and reliability
• Provide technical oversight and architecture reviews for AI projects
• Apply structured LLM validation frameworks to assess model performance and safety
• Maintain concise architectural documentation for governance and auditability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Software Engineering
• 5+ years of experience designing technical architectures for ML and Generative AI
• Expertise in AI design patterns including RAG, Fine-tuning, and Agentic workflows
• Proven track record in technical feasibility assessments and rapid prototyping
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Italian or other European languages
• Experience with enterprise-scale systems and AI governance standards
