AI Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end pipelines for Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Agentic workflows
• Recommend reference architectures and optimal technical stacks for AI solutions
• Conduct technical feasibility evaluations through rapid prototyping, POCs, and MVPs
• Ensure AI solutions are modular, reusable, and aligned with security and compliance standards
• Optimize architectures for latency, cost-efficiency, and reliability
• Provide technical oversight and architecture reviews for AI-related projects
• Apply LLM validation frameworks to assess model performance and safety
• Maintain architectural documentation to support governance and auditability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience designing end-to-end technical architectures for ML and Generative AI
• Expertise in AI design patterns including RAG, Fine-tuning, and Agentic workflows
• Proven track record in technical feasibility assessments and rapid prototyping
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian
• Knowledge of additional European languages
