AI Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide AI solutions across Commercial and Operations functions.
• Design and deploy AI-driven capabilities for revenue growth, including lead prioritization and pipeline intelligence.
• Develop advanced forecasting models and scalable self-service analytics layers for business teams.
• Implement AI-led demand planning, predictive analytics, and optimization models for supply chain and logistics.
• Architect the enterprise AI ecosystem by defining integration patterns across ERP, CRM, and collaboration platforms.
• Establish robust data governance, MLOps strategies, and secure data pipelines within the Azure ecosystem.
• Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption through training programs, communication strategies, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in AI/analytics, solution architecture, or enterprise data platforms.
• Proven experience deploying AI solutions at scale within enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure AI, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.
• Experience working with enterprise ERP systems, with a preference for SAP.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative or technical field.
• Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations analytics.
• Expertise in cloud architecture (Azure) and MLOps practices.
