AI Solutions and Adoption Lead

Responsibilities

• Identify practical AI use cases by partnering with business leaders and frontline teams to translate pain points into measurable solutions.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled solutions, including workflow automation, agentic workflows, document analysis, and decision support tools.
• Support agentic AI workflows by defining human-in-the-loop requirements and coordinating integrations with CRM, ERP, and other business systems.
• Drive AI adoption through the creation of training materials, user guides, SOPs, and hands-on workshops.
• Establish evaluation and quality standards to ensure AI output accuracy, safety, and consistency.
• Coach team members and business partners on AI discovery, process mapping, and solution design.
• Develop AI adoption playbooks, launch readiness checklists, and business impact reporting frameworks.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in AI solutions, automation, analytics, digital transformation, or business systems.
• Hands-on experience launching AI, automation, or workflow technology solutions with end-users.
• Proven experience mapping business processes and translating user needs into technical requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Strong interest in AI and a desire to grow into broader AI leadership and operating models.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, AI assistants, RAG, agents, prompt engineering, or APIs.
• Experience deploying internal copilots, knowledge assistants, or task automation tools.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, HRIS, or business intelligence platforms.
• Experience creating internal enablement programs, adoption playbooks, or AI training curricula.
• Experience working within environments with strict legal, compliance, or data privacy requirements.
