AI Solutions and Adoption Lead

Responsibilities

• Identify practical AI use cases by partnering with business leaders to translate pain points into measurable opportunities.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled solutions, including agentic workflows, document analysis, and decision support tools.
• Support the implementation of multi-step AI workflows, defining necessary human-in-the-loop checkpoints and escalation paths.
• Drive user adoption by creating training materials, SOPs, user guides, and conducting workshops.
• Establish evaluation and quality standards to ensure AI output accuracy, safety, and consistency.
• Partner with engineering, data, security, and legal teams to integrate AI solutions with existing business systems and data.
• Coach business partners and junior team members on AI discovery, process mapping, and solution design.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in AI solutions, automation, digital transformation, analytics, or business systems.
• Hands-on experience launching AI, automation, or workflow technology solutions within a business environment.
• Proven ability to map complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Experience partnering with technical teams, including engineering and data science.
• Strong ability to create practical delivery materials such as user guides, SOPs, and test cases.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, and structured outputs.
• Experience deploying internal copilots or knowledge assistants.
• Familiarity with integrating AI into CRM, ERP, or ticketing systems.
• Experience building AI training programs or internal enablement playbooks.
