AI Solutions Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered solutions leveraging hyper-scaler foundational AI services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Apply foundation models and agentic AI patterns to solve real-world development challenges across various business domains.
• Implement sandboxed environments to safely test and evaluate AI agents before production deployment.
• Contribute to the development of AI agent frameworks, SDKs, and reusable components to enable rapid solution development.
• Assist in the design, fine-tuning, and evaluation of machine learning models and Small Language Models (SLMs) via MLOps.
• Support the operationalization of AI solutions using CI/CD deployment pipelines and runtime environments.
• Participate in designing APIs and services that expose AI capabilities to business applications.
• Help develop Agentic AI Core and Foundational guardrails to enable AI at scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 1-2 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including automation, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
• Understanding of API design, management, and security, including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Demonstrated interest in building scalable, production-ready systems and modern development practices like Git.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant cloud certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
• AI-specific certifications like Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900).
• Introductory certifications in Kubernetes, Docker, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.
