AI Solution Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct problem interviews and propose solutions to AI promotion departments in large enterprises (finance, manufacturing, medical, etc.)
• Design PoCs and manage projects
• Design product implementation and operational workflows
• Provide feedback on user needs and challenges to the engineering team
• Create proposals related to commercial contracts

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, system integration, or AI startups
• Ability to structure complex problems for large enterprises and communicate them clearly in Japanese
• Technical foundational knowledge in AI/IT fields sufficient to discuss with engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving AI projects
• Experience in infrastructure design, construction, and operation using major cloud services
• Basic communication skills in English
