AI Software Validation Lead

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end validation strategy for the AI software stack including frameworks, compilers, runtimes, drivers, and firmware
• Define system acceptance criteria for correctness, stability, performance, and scalability
• Drive left-shifted validation to enable coverage before full hardware availability
• Establish formal acceptance test plans and measurable exit criteria for release milestones
• Architect scalable validation environments and test frameworks
• Drive best-in-class practices in automation, regression, stress, and performance validation
• Influence architecture decisions through early validation feedback and risk assessment
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-impact validation engineering team

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in system software, platform validation, or end-to-end software quality engineering
• Strong hands-on background across multiple layers of the software stack
• Proven experience defining and owning system acceptance criteria and release decisions
• Deep expertise in debugging complex cross-layer issues involving software, firmware, and hardware
• Experience leading and scaling senior technical teams
• Strong communication skills to articulate risk and readiness to senior leadership
