AI Software Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team in integrating AI and machine learning into enterprise ERP systems to modernize business logic and financial workflows.
• Serve as the primary technical architect for global ERP systems, ensuring AI methodologies enhance existing frameworks.
• Provide strategic guidance, architectural expertise, and hands-on mentorship to a multidisciplinary team of engineers.
• Identify strategic opportunities to integrate agentic AI frameworks and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns into production environments.
• Translate customer needs into successful, high-quality features while maintaining system stability and reliability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise software development.
• Deep expertise in architecting and managing ERP business logic and financial modules.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework/Core for building scalable back-end services.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL Server, including complex query optimization and managing legacy schemas.
• Proven experience in API development, ETL processes, and ensuring data integrity across enterprise platforms.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on technical execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying and scaling AI solutions on cloud platforms, specifically Azure.
• Previous experience with ERP product suites or construction industry accounting/project management software.
• Experience collaborating with integration engineers to ensure seamless deployment in web applications.
