AI & Software Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, fostering career growth and technical excellence
• Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for Alli’s AI-powered solutions
• Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI-driven features
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions
• Guide the team in best practices for clean code, automated testing, version control, and scalable architecture
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality code
• Stay ahead of emerging AI and machine learning technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with object-oriented programming
• 2+ years leading and mentoring a team of engineers
• 2+ years of experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Expertise in RESTful API design, system architecture, and SOLID principles
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React), and Go
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Experience in digital marketing or advertising technology
• Familiarity with large-scale data processing frameworks like Apache Spark or Kafka
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation
• Experience in a client-facing role providing technical and strategic advice

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Solutions Architect - Professional certification
• Prior experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Interest or familiarity working in the Digital Marketing industry
