AI Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Python and modern backend technologies
• Build secure REST APIs and integration services connecting LMS, CMS, Salesforce, and Power BI
• Lead cross-platform integrations between CRM, cloud services, and third-party applications
• Leverage Agentic AI and multi-agent coding workflows to accelerate software delivery
• Build AI-powered internal tools to automate engineering and operational workflows
• Develop and maintain backend services supporting virtual cybersecurity labs
• Manage cloud infrastructure and backend components for hands-on lab environments
• Develop workflow automation using APIs, serverless functions, and event-driven architectures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of backend software engineering experience
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using APIs and web services
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system integration
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
