AI & Software Engineer Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable features within the Alli suite
• Draft and implement architectural designs for reliable technical solutions
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to integrate AI-driven solutions
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote development best practices
• Conduct coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting across the lifecycle
• Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience with NodeJS, Python, or Go
• 3+ years working with modern backend frameworks like ExpressJS, Django, or Flask
• Proven experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Advanced skills in databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or MySQL
• Familiarity with AI technologies like OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, or LangChain
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK Stack
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English

• Interest or familiarity working in the Digital Marketing industry
• AWS Certifications
