AI & Software Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of features on the Alli platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions
• Write high-quality, maintainable code to enhance product scalability
• Mentor junior team members and promote development best practices
• Design and implement complex, highly scalable technical solutions
• Conduct coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting across the application lifecycle
• Draft and implement architectural designs for reliable products
• Participate in code reviews and provide critical feedback to ensure high-quality code

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience in NodeJS, Python, Go, or React
• 2+ years of experience with high-performance frameworks like Beego, Django, or similar
• 1+ years of experience working with AWS or other cloud providers
• Experience with all project stages including requirements, design, coding, and testing
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
• Deep understanding of system design principles and SOLID software engineering practices
• Experience with Monitoring, Build Tools, Version Control, Unit Tests, and TDD
• Proficiency in development tools such as IDE, shell, and debugging tools
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
