About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of AI training programs for portfolio staff across multiple departments
  • Conduct research on emerging AI tools, platforms, and methodologies to evaluate business applications
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning events
  • Collaborate with senior team members to design and build AI curriculum tailored to organizational needs
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and resources for AI learning initiatives
  • Participate in cross-functional projects demonstrating AI applications across departments
  • Provide technical support and guidance to staff implementing AI tools in their workflows

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time college or university student
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or emerging technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with or knowledge of AI/machine learning tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot
  • Background in computer science, data science, business, or a related field
  • Previous internship or work experience in technology or business roles
  • Familiarity with business processes in finance, marketing, or research environments
