Responsibilities
- Support service fee settlements for global AI partners using SAP ERP
- Issue settlement slips and manage partner invoices through review and processing
- Organize settlement-related data and perform basic data management using Excel
- Communicate with internal departments and partners regarding invoices and settlements
- Manage settlement-related documentation and materials
- Support team workspace model integration, including API key issuance and adding new models
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems or experience using them
- Proficiency in MS Office (ability to use basic Excel functions)
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail in data management and settlement tasks
Preferred Qualifications
