AI Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work directly with business units, AI Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to research, troubleshoot, and resolve requests and issues.
• Understand system architectures and developed applications to efficiently use and improve AI-specific troubleshooting tools.
• Prioritize and escalate issues to comply with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Document case resolutions clearly and succinctly to provide high-quality technical responses and outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of industry experience supporting or implementing software and data-driven services in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with IT Service Management tools (such as the ServiceNow platform or similar).
• Strong SQL skills for reporting, data manipulation, and investigation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to manage stress related to escalation timeframes and competing priorities.
• Intellectual curiosity and a drive to analyze core issues and learn new technologies.
