AI Security Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, prioritization, and delivery of AI-enabled use cases across Security Technology Operations.
• Design, build, and operationalize AI solutions, including workflows, services, and assistant capabilities on Azure.
• Apply advanced AI patterns such as RAG/grounded retrieval, summarization, classification, and orchestration.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing security tooling, knowledge sources, and internal systems.
• Collaborate with AI Governance and Security Architecture teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise controls and guardrails.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers on AI solution design and delivery practices.
• Establish evaluation, testing, observability, and support patterns for production AI solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security operations, cyber security platform engineering, or related technical roles.
• Demonstrable experience delivering AI/ML or generative AI solutions in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, including Azure AI Foundry and/or Azure OpenAI.
• Proven experience designing and implementing RAG/grounded AI solutions against enterprise knowledge sources.
• Strong understanding of API-based integrations and service-oriented design.
• Experience working with cloud-native services, automation, and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to work effectively within distributed global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Microsoft 365-connected agent solutions.
• Domain expertise in SOC, threat intelligence, IAM, or security engineering.
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, or security workflow automation integrations.
• Exposure to Microsoft security controls such as Purview, DLP, or Entra ID.
• Background in regulated or high-assurance financial environments.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) or DevOps practices.
