AI Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize security testing in LLM-based applications, including prompt injection, jailbreak, and data leakage scenarios
• Supervise test case execution in internal and user-facing agents
• Lead the evolution of test suites and tools like Promptfoo
• Monitor and analyze alerts from LLM Firewalls, guardrails, Anonymizers, and AI Gateways
• Validate and review functional and regression tests in AI Security services
• Guide log, metric, and event analysis related to LLM traffic and agents
• Manage identification of false positives/negatives and propose improvements to detection policies
• Review and approve security analyses in MCPs, skills, and developer tools
• Ensure security of ML artifacts, supply chain, and quality gates in pipelines
• Document technical findings, FAQs, guides, and playbooks
• Promote security culture through education, awareness, CTFs, and meetups

Requirements

• Solid experience in information security, software development, or infrastructure
• Advanced knowledge of APIs, HTTP, authentication, authorization, and logs
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with Git, GitLab/GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
• Interest and knowledge in AI, LLMs, agents, or Machine Learning security
• Ability to transform technical learnings into actionable strategies and checklists
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail in log analysis and data flows
• Technical leadership and curiosity

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic experience or personal projects in security, AI, or data
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications
• Familiarity with attack scenarios like prompt injection and jailbreaks
• Experience with testing tools, automation, or scripting
• Knowledge of MCP, AI gateways, or token exchange
• Interest in ML Security and model supply chains
