AI Security Expert

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a clear security framework for applications and AI based on market best practices and international standards.
• Integrate security into the design phase and lead risk analyses to secure AI usage and applications before production.
• Automate security within DevSecOps and MLOps pipelines to ensure continuous vulnerability detection.
• Act as a cross-functional security expert for Product, Data, and Business teams to increase organizational maturity.
• Provide reporting to management and contribute to audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Higher education in IT, Cybersecurity, or Data/AI.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in a similar environment.
• Strong expertise in application security (secure coding, OWASP, API security, CI/CD, DevSecOps).
• Deep understanding of AI and GenAI security, including ML/LLM/RAG architectures and agentic ecosystems.
• Proficiency in cloud and container security (Kubernetes).
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage organizational change.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC.
• AI-specific certifications such as AAISM, ISO 42001, or GIAC AI.
