Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in how AI platforms authenticate and identify risk concentration
- Research emerging AI attack techniques such as prompt injection and RAG poisoning
- Build threat models covering identity, data access, and non-human identities
- Prototype and ship product features using Obsidian's AI and SaaS telemetry
- Build and improve high-efficiency data pipelines
Requirements
- 3+ years in security engineering as a builder
- Strong grasp of identity and access control concepts
- Hands-on experience with a modern data stack (DBT and columnar warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks)
- Clear communication skills across engineering, product, and customer teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of how SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Okta) expose data via APIs and auth flows
- Deep knowledge of AI and SaaS security including OWASP LLM Top 10 and MITRE ATLAS
