AI Security Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for AI security across the organization, providing consultancy, guardrails, and governance to enable safe AI deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand security requirements in business processes and IT projects to enhance risk management.
• Execute risk assessments to identify and prioritize potential cybersecurity threats impacting bank operations and data.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures aligned with the bank's risk management framework.
• Manage the implementation, testing, and monitoring of security controls across IT systems.
• Lead the management of complex cybersecurity incidents by collaborating with IT teams and response experts.
• Identify emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and new technologies to advocate for the adoption of new security solutions.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of core cybersecurity domains including identity, data protection, application, and cloud security.
• Knowledge of AI/ML security and specific threats such as prompt injection, model poisoning, and model theft.
• Proven capability to lead specialist teams and influence senior stakeholders across a matrix organization.
• Ability to translate enterprise security objectives into practical, risk-based delivery guidance.
• Experience in risk assessment and managing complex cybersecurity incidents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience securing or assessing AI/ML systems using frameworks like NIST AI Risk Management or OWASP AI/LLM guidance.
• Understanding of the evolving AI regulatory landscape, such as the EU AI Act.
• Demonstrated interest in advanced AI trends including Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI.
• Experience engaging with regulators or auditors on technology- and AI-related risk.
