About the Company

Peec AI is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams. As AI reshapes how people discover information online, Peec AI helps teams track their visibility across AI search, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and activate new key clients, educating them on how to leverage Peec AI to rank in AI search
• Review websites, content, and search performance to identify AI-search-related opportunities
• Run advisory sessions with brands and agencies to turn growth goals into actionable GEO strategies
• Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Product to refine activation journeys and customer enablement
• Consult mid-sized and enterprise clients on GEO-related topics and operational execution

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and search intent
• Strong consulting and client advisory skills
• Ability to explain complex SEO concepts in simple, actionable language
• Confident verbal and written communication skills in English
• Passion for the shift toward generative search

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building SEO playbooks or measurement models
• Initial experience with AI search
• Background working with enterprise or high-touch clients
• Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS environment
• Proficiency in German
