AI Scriptwriter

Responsibilities

• Create AI scripts for vertical drama and short-form content
• Develop serialized plots including story arcs, character development, and episode dramaturgy
• Create strong hooks in the first seconds and cliffhangers at the end of each episode
• Generate and test new ideas for series, formats, and content mechanics
• Work with AI tools for scriptwriting, scene generation, and storytelling construction
• Create AI films using the internal Storyby product
• Analyze vertical content trends and adapt storytelling practices for an international audience
• Optimize scripts for retention and binge-watching behavior
• Collaborate with product and creative teams for rapid content production launches

Requirements

• High level of media literacy with ability to deconstruct successful short-form and vertical content
• Understanding of vertical drama specifics vs. YouTube or classical cinema
• Ability to build dynamic structures: hook → conflict → cliffhanger
• Strong storytelling mindset and understanding of emotional triggers
• Passion for AI content and experience with AI tools for text, video, or creative generation
• Experience in scriptwriting, content creation, or serialized formats is a plus
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher
