AI Script Generator

Responsibilities

• Turn strategic ideas into finished, camera-ready video scripts for YouTube and digital platforms
• Manage a system of AI agents and workflows to conduct research and generate initial drafts
• Perform "human polish" on AI outputs by rewriting hooks, fixing pacing, and ensuring a natural, clear tone
• Optimize the AI engine by refining workflows and instructions when outputs are suboptimal
• Verify all script content using AI tools to ensure factual accuracy
• Train AI models on brand voice by creating style guides and logic frameworks
• Act as an "air traffic controller" to manage multiple video projects moving through the AI pipeline simultaneously

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of YouTube scripting and audience retention techniques
• Fluency in using AI workflows and agents for complex, high-speed tasks
• Strong analytical thinking skills to distinguish important information from noise
• Proactive problem-solving abilities to fix broken scripts or stuck AI systems
• High level of ownership regarding the final quality of every script produced
