Responsibilities
- Build and customize high-impact customer demos by setting up tailored environments and workflows aligned to each prospect’s use case
- Partner closely with Sales on customer-facing calls to showcase technical capabilities and translate product features into ROI narratives
- Drive technical validation during discovery by assessing feasibility and evaluating integration needs across systems like APIs and telephony platforms
- Proactively identify edge cases and potential blockers early in the sales cycle
- Support activation and onboarding by collaborating with Customer Success to deploy custom agents and fine-tune prompts
- Own rapid prototyping efforts to build lightweight workflows that accelerate deal cycles
Requirements
- B.E/B.Tech or from a Tier 1 school
- Minimum 2 years in a technical role
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with Relational Databases
- Understanding of APIs
- Proficiency with Git version control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with React, NodeJS, Golang, Cassandra, Kubernetes, or Docker
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive leadership
- Ability to influence people without direct authority
