Responsibilities

  • Build and customize high-impact customer demos by setting up tailored environments and workflows aligned to each prospect’s use case
  • Partner closely with Sales on customer-facing calls to showcase technical capabilities and translate product features into ROI narratives
  • Drive technical validation during discovery by assessing feasibility and evaluating integration needs across systems like APIs and telephony platforms
  • Proactively identify edge cases and potential blockers early in the sales cycle
  • Support activation and onboarding by collaborating with Customer Success to deploy custom agents and fine-tune prompts
  • Own rapid prototyping efforts to build lightweight workflows that accelerate deal cycles

Requirements

  • B.E/B.Tech or from a Tier 1 school
  • Minimum 2 years in a technical role
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience with Relational Databases
  • Understanding of APIs
  • Proficiency with Git version control
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with React, NodeJS, Golang, Cassandra, Kubernetes, or Docker
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive leadership
  • Ability to influence people without direct authority
