AI Safety & Policy Specialist

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate safety policies for models and services, and strengthen safety verification through red-teaming
• Operate and expand AI Agent safety governance frameworks
• Manage and improve risk management systems for frontier and high-impact AI
• Analyze global AI governance trends and prepare policy/risk reports and external presentation materials
• Build partnerships and manage external cooperation with domestic and international professional organizations

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in AI safety, ethics, or AI policy
• Ability to communicate with domestic and international stakeholders based on a deep understanding of AI technology and industry trends
• Experience in drafting technical policy/risk reports and external communication materials
• Understanding of technology, law, and systems related to AI safety, ethics, and global AI regulation
• High understanding of AI and digital technologies with analytical skills from a safety/risk perspective
• Ability to identify AI risks at the model/agent level and structure them into governance frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in AI red-teaming or AI safety evaluation/governance
• Experience with tool-use or multi-step reasoning-based AI Agent systems
• Experience establishing AI ethics and Responsible AI policies
• Experience analyzing global AI regulation/reliability trends and cooperating with international organizations
• Proficiency in English

We establish safety policies for our AI, including EXAONE, and proactively manage AI risks that extend to the Agent stage, while handling IP and open-source compliance in the AI development process.
