AI Risk Officer Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee, monitor, and report on information and technology risks for a designated portfolio
• Develop and monitor risk management and governance frameworks and practices
• Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business groups, providing guidance on issue identification and classification
• Implement methodology, metrics, and program standards to ensure compliance and effective monitoring
• Lead the development and maintenance of the governance system and framework
• Represent the risk program during internal and external regulatory audits and examinations
• Analyze data and information to provide insights, recommendations, and risk impact assessments
• Build change management plans and communication strategies to influence behavior and implement initiatives
• Coordinate the management of databases and ensure adherence to data governance standards

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in risk management or a related field
• Post-secondary degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of IT risk management practices and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in quantitative techniques and economic capital methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influence skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Security-related certification such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or GIAC
• Experience with risk policy frameworks and quality control/testing frameworks
