AI Researcher

Responsibilities

• Research techniques for extracting structured knowledge from multi-source heterogeneous data
• Design knowledge graph schemas, ontologies, and multi-level representation systems
• Optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and hybrid retrieval strategies
• Research knowledge graph-based reasoning including multi-hop and causal reasoning
• Develop knowledge base health monitoring and automated update mechanisms
• Design interpretability frameworks for reasoning processes and answer provenance

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, AI, or Information Management
• 3+ years of AI research or development experience
• Hands-on experience with knowledge graphs, RAG, or QA systems
• Proficiency in Python and large-scale text processing
• Experience with NLP frameworks like HuggingFace, spaCy, or NLTK
• Familiarity with graph databases (Neo4j, NebulaGraph) and vector databases (Milvus, FAISS)
• Knowledge of large-scale data processing tools like Spark or Flink

Preferred Qualifications

• Publications in top-tier conferences such as ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS, or SIGIR
• Experience in vertical domain knowledge systems (healthcare, legal, or finance)
• Familiarity with multi-modal knowledge processing
