AI Researcher

Responsibilities

• Research and design Agent execution frameworks and standardized runtime environments
• Implement tool call orchestration, function calling, and API integration mechanisms
• Develop hierarchical memory architectures including working, short-term, and long-term memory
• Research multi-Agent system architectures, communication protocols, and collaboration mechanisms
• Design Agent evaluation, benchmarking systems, and behavior interpretability frameworks
• Implement safety alignment mechanisms to prevent unauthorized operations and goal drift

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Cognitive Science, or related fields
• 3+ years of AI research or development experience
• Hands-on experience in Agentic AI and LLM application architecture
• Proficiency in Python and asynchronous programming
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI
• Experience with RAG systems, vector retrieval, and text embedding
• Understanding of Transformer architecture and large model principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Contributions to open-source Agent frameworks
• Production-level deployment of Agent systems with high daily task volume
• Research experience in Embodied AI or robotics
• Familiarity with Graph Neural Networks and Knowledge Graphs
• Experience building AI products from 0 to 1
