AI Research Scientist, CoreML - Monetization AI

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement large-scale model architectures using model scaling and transfer learning
• Prioritize training and signal scalability to optimize model performance and reliability
• Apply NextGen sequence learning and generative modeling for NLP and data augmentation
• Research and develop graph-aware large language models and AutoML pipelines
• Apply Reinforcement Learning (RL) techniques, including RLHF and long-term value optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware-software co-design, including quantization and compression
• Implement innovative solutions for data challenges using semi/self-supervised learning and domain adaptation

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
• Research experience in NLP, LLM, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, or Ranking/Recommendation systems
• Proven track record of publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch
• Experience holding an industry, faculty, or government researcher position

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience taking research ideas from concept to production environments
• First author publications at peer-reviewed AI conferences such as NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, ICLR, ICCV, or ACL
• Strong ability to solve complex problems and evaluate technical tradeoffs
