Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives aligned with frontier multimodal AI research and product goals
- Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses using high-end GPUs
- Interpret experimental results and translate them into actionable insights
- Create novel generative model architectures, training methodologies, and RL algorithms
- Develop novel synthetic data generation pipelines
Requirements
- Experience in development and training of large-scale text-to-image/video/3D generation models
- Strong track record of peer-reviewed publications in top-tier conferences (CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, etc.)
- Experience in large-scale parallel model pre-training across hundreds of GPUs
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Diffusers, Transformers, Megatron, and DeepSpeed
- Experience with cloud computing platforms
