AI Research Scientist

Responsibilities

• Determine and lead research initiatives aligned with frontier multimodal AI research and product goals
• Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses using high-end GPUs
• Interpret experimental results and translate them into actionable insights
• Create novel generative model architectures, training methodologies, RL algorithms, and synthetic data generation pipelines
• Pre-train and post-train frontier multi-modal generation models on large, high-quality datasets

Requirements

• Rich experience in development, training, and iteration of foundational large-scale text-to-image/video/3D generation models (diffusion or auto-regressive)
• Strong academic and professional track record with peer-reviewed publications in top-tier conferences (CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
• Experience in large-scale parallel model pre-training across hundreds of GPUs
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Diffusers, Transformers, Megatron, and DeepSpeed
• Experience with cloud computing platforms
• Ability to share knowledge through documentation, research papers, or talks
