AI Redesign Process Consultant

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end business processes by observing real-world workflows
• Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for AI application
• Design new intelligent processes considering technological capabilities and risks
• Build business cases, launch pilots, and measure results
• Validate implementations with Finance, Controlling, Legal, and Technology teams
• Create playbooks and documentation to scale processes across markets

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or business analysis
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements, not just providing recommendations
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills (Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM)
• Practical, daily experience using AI tools
• English fluency at C1 level or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
• Knowledge of process mining or data-driven improvement
• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, finance, or customer care
• Experience in international or cross-functional transformation programs
